TERMS

Total payments are as stated on the price list for the maximum number of persons described
Discounts, where applicable should be calculated from the rates shown.
Weekend and short stay bookings can be accommodated on enquiry
You will be advised on any outstanding balance and latest payment date on confirmation of your booking.
The person signing the booking form is responsible and the party will be as described. He/She is responsible for the cost of any loss or damage caused by the party or their guests, to any part of the premises/property belonging to the management which shall be damaged, destroyed or removed.
Please make cheques payable to “The Pines Caravan Park” or pay direct, details on front of form
Minimum deposit £50 per week or part week with booking.
Balance to be paid at least 28 days prior to scheduled holiday commencement.

LINEN

We will provide bed linen upon request.

Dogs are allowed in some caravans provided they are kept on a lead at all times and are always exercised outside the park boundaries. This courteous and hygienic measure is in the interest of all residents and guests.

CANCELLATIONS

Total refund less £50 administration fee will be made if we receive recorded delivery notification at least 28 days prior to scheduled holiday commencement.

OCCUPANCY

Your holiday home is available from 3pm on arrival day, and must be vacated by 10am on departure day.
Only persons listed on the booking form will be entitled to reside on the park.
Residents are responsible for keeping and leaving their accommodation clean, tidy, and in good order.

CONDUCT

Smoking is not allowed in our Caravans at any time.
The person signing the booking form is responsible for all the conduct and behaviour of all persons included in the occupancy and any guest who may visit anyone in that occupancy whilst on the park. The management reserve the right to refuse or repudiate any such reservation r booking, or to terminate any occupancy by immediate notice, at its absolute discretion, without assigning a reason.

INCIDENT DISCLAIMER

The management shall not be liable for any:-
Advertised facility being unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control.
Reimbursement in excess of payment received, if booked accommodation is not available for any reason whatsoever.
Personal injury (fatal or otherwise) or loss or damage to persons or property of whatever nature, however caused, sustained by or occasioned by any person including persons under the age of 18 years.

VEHICLES

Vehicles must be driven carefully and mindful of children playing, by full licence holders only. Maximum speed 10mph.
