From the North….
A470 approx 3.5 miles from Rhayader clock tower on the Rhayader to Builth Wells road.
Just past (only just!) The Halt cafe and Esso petrol station on the right. We are next door to the “Vulcan Lodge” (look for signs for the “Vulcan Arms”)
Care some Sat Navs will tell you to turn left onto Allt Y Crug, please don’t do this.
From the South….
A470 approx 10 miles from Builth Wells, signposted Rhayader.
N.B. NOT the A483 to Llandrindod Wells. Through Newbridge-On-Wye, then after approx 4 miles look for a signpost for The Halt Cafe. (take the slip road and not the sharp left, please see diagram) we are next door to the Vulcan Lodge, just before the Esso petrol station.
From the East…
A44 To Rhayader turn left at the clock tower onto the A470 and then follow directions as for “from the north”
